Genesis academics begin with a strong foundation in phonics. We use the A Beka curriculum to teach phonics in Kindergarten through 2nd grade. This strong foundation in reading and word attack skills helps students succeed in all subjects.
Along with A Beka phonics, does A Beka science in 3rd through 8th grades. Genesis uses Bob Jones University Press curriculum for a strong academic program in Bible, math, history, and reading. A Reason for Handwriting is used for penmanship in Kindergarten through 3rd grade.
On average, our curriculum has our students working one grade level advanced from a traditional public school curriculum.
