Christian education is more than simply reading a Bible story or devotion.  It's a fundamental way of approaching the entire educational process.

The earliest days of education in America were rooted in Christian theology and to the modern student, a student who was trained in Christian educational techniques would astound them.  Reading and writing come more naturally, analytical thought is applied to problems, and, like mathematic certainty, truth is absolute.  At Genesis, we've returned to the "roots" and apply the fundamental tenets of Christian-based education.

The results speak for themselves.

Our students have a drive to learn and an inquisitive nature about the world around them.  The Bible is an endless journey of learning where one answer opens a doorway to a myriad of other truths.  Our educational process mirrors the Bible in teaching children to think critically for themselves.  Once they achieve this milestone in their lives, they are well-prepared for the challenges they will face as a young adult.

Christian education brings the truths from Scripture into every learning experience.  As an example, when we teach about the stars, we talk about the immense energy and mass of these enormous bodies.  From that, we discuss how God created the stars to serve as light for His greatest creation - mankind.  When we talk about the intricacies of the human body, we also talk about how God created us in His image and to serve the purpose of worshipping Him.

Nothing in science, math, language, or art escapes the possibility to learn about God's intent for those in our life.  That's Christian education and that's what we teach every day at Genesis Christian Schools.
